Position: Assist a German long-term expert and the German and Romanian project leaders to implement a joint project in the field of European Social Fund to the benefice of the Ministry of Labour, Social Solidarity and Family and the National Agency for Employment.
Tasks: Day-to-day office management, Data processing, Book-keeping, Assistance in project management, Organise and participate in meetings with Romanian counterparts, Organise visits of German short-term experts in Romania, Assist experts with translation/interpretation of day-to day issues, Co-ordinate requirements for external translation/interpretation services, Give recommendations regarding specific Romanian circumstances
Profile: Good managerial skills; Fluency in Romanian, German and English (speaking and writing) required; Translation and interpretation skills; Experienced use of current computer programmes (office package); Excellent communication and organisational skills; Experience in financial management and book-keeping; Experience in office management; Interest in and knowledge of Romanian labour market policy issues; Experience in administrative procedures within a Romanian Ministry and contacts to relevant institutions in the field of Romanian labour market policy referable.
Conditions: Self- employed status
Duration of service contract: 18 months
